Charge
- Define “child well-being” and what services are needed to insure the child well-being.
- Identify local community services for the identified services.
- Identify gaps in services.
- Identify ways resources can be shared/maximized.
- Identify how to provide services in underserved localities.
- Insure existing services coordinate/ collaborate.
- Educate community on available resources.
- Develop coordinated referral process for services, including development of access points for screening and a common screening tool, utilizing current resources.
- Include services dealing with emotional and mental well-being.
